Privacyverklaring website(s) GraphicALL systems B.V.

Middels deze privacyverklaring informeert GraphicALL systems B.V., hierna te noemen GraphicALL systems, u over de wijze waarop binnen GraphicALL systems wordt omgegaan met uw persoonsgegevens.  
 
GraphicALL systems, gevestigd in Oud Gastel is de verantwoordelijke voor de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens. GraphicALL systems hecht veel belang aan de bescherming van uw persoonsgegevens. 
Uw persoonsgegevens worden zorgvuldig verwerkt en beveiligd. 
GraphicALL systems houdt zich bij het verwerken van uw persoonsgegevens aan de eisen die de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming, hierna AVG, stelt.  
 
In deze privacyverklaring lichten wij toe welke gegevens wij, wanneer en met welk doel verwerken. 
De persoonsgegevens welke u aan ons verstrekt, worden opgeslagen op beveiligde servers en zijn niet toegankelijk voor derden.  
 
Van wie verwerken wij (persoons)gegevens en hoe komen wij aan deze (persoons)gegevens?  
Indien u onze website bezoekt, een terugbelverzoek achterlaat, u zich inschrijft voor de nieuwsbrief, u via onze website een formulier invult of omdat u met GraphicALL systems correspondeert, verwerkt GraphicALL systems mogelijk uw persoonsgegevens en is deze privacyverklaring van toepassing.  
 
Wat zijn persoonsgegevens en wat zijn cookies? 
Persoonsgegevens zijn alle informatie over een geïdentificeerde of identificeerbare natuurlijke persoon. Dit betekent dat informatie ofwel direct over iemand gaat, ofwel naar deze persoon te herleiden is.   
 
Een cookie is een klein tekstbestandje dat bij het bezoek aan onze website(s) door de browser wordt opgeslagen op de computer, telefoon of tablet van de gebruiker. Het apparaat van de gebruiker is daarmee te herkennen tijdens ieder bezoek aan onze website(s). Indien u onze website bezoekt of op een van hierboven omschreven formulieren contact heeft gezocht of zoekt met GraphicALL systems, verzamelt GraphicALL systems mogelijk een aantal persoonsgegevens. Hieronder treft u een overzicht aan van de persoonsgegevens welke wij mogelijk van u kunnen verzamelen: 
❖    Als u onze website bezoekt: Cookies en IP-adres.
❖    Als u een formulier op de website invult: voornaam, achternaam, e-mailadres en telefoonnummer. 
❖    Als u ons mailt, belt of schrijft: voornaam, achternaam en de gegevens die u aan ons verstrekt.   
❖    Als u solliciteert via onze website(s): voornaam, achternaam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, curriculum vitae en de gegevens die u aan ons verstrekt. 
Bovenstaande persoonsgegevens verwerken wij enkel wanneer dat noodzakelijk is. Bijvoorbeeld omdat wij moeten voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen en/of omdat het noodzakelijk is om uw vraag te beantwoorden. GraphicALL systems maakt geen gebruik van automatische besluitvorming. Onze website(s) bevatten tevens hyperlinks naar websites van andere partijen, waarover wij geen controle kunnen uitoefenen.  
 
Welke cookies gebruiken wij op de website(s)?  
Op onze website(s) wordt gebruikt gemaakt van functionele en analytische cookies. Functionele cookies zijn cookies die technisch noodzakelijk zijn om de website goed te laten werken. Voor deze cookies is geen toestemming vereist. De cookies hebben geen effect op uw privacy; de cookies bevatten geen persoonsgegevens. Analytische cookies zijn cookies die helpen om de website te verbeteren. Van de informatie die middels deze cookie wordt verzameld, worden statistieken gemaakt. Voor deze cookies is geen toestemming vereist mits de cookies alleen gebruikt wordt om gebruikers te tellen. De cookies hebben geen effect op uw privacy; de cookies bevatten geen persoonsgegevens en de statistieken zijn niet te herleiden naar personen.  
 
Voor welke doeleinden worden uw persoonsgegevens en cookies verwerkt?  
Uw persoonsgegevens worden voor verschillende doeleinden verwerkt. Wij gebruiken uw 
persoonsgegevens bijvoorbeeld om contact met u op te nemen, uw vraag in behandeling te nemen en/of om uw sollicitatie te beoordelen. Indien u naar aanleiding van een offerteaanvraag klant wordt van GraphicALL systems, zullen wij aanvullende gegevens bij u opvragen. Indien u bij GraphicALL systems in dienst treedt, hebben wij ook aanvullende (persoons)gegevens van u nodig. U zult dan een aangepaste privacyverklaring ontvangen.  
 
De functionele cookies worden gebruikt om het gebruik van de website(s) gemakkelijker te maken, de prestaties van de gebruikerservaring te verbeteren en de website(s) te personaliseren. Door de functionele cookies worden voorkeuren zoals taal en locatie opgeslagen, de browserinstellingen van de gebruiker uitgelezen om de website(s) optimaal op het beeldscherm te kunnen weergeven en wordt misbruik van onze website(s) opgespoord door bijvoorbeeld een aantal opeenvolgende mislukte inlogpogingen te registeren. Daarnaast is de chatfunctie hierdoor beschikbaar, is het mogelijk om te reageren op onze blogartikelen en is het mogelijk om op uw interesse afgestemde reclame te tonen op onze website(s).  De statistieken afkomstig van de analytische cookies geven inzicht in hoe vaak de website(s)/pagina’s bezocht worden, waar bezoekers de meeste tijd doorbrengen en de volgorde waarin de bezoeker de verschillende pagina’s van onze website(s) bezoekt. Aan de hand van deze gegevens kunnen wij beoordelen welke delen van onze website(s) aanpassing behoeven en kunnen wij onze website(s) optimaliseren op gebruikersgemak, laadtijd en leesbaarheid.  
 
Wat zijn de grondslagen voor het gebruik van uw persoonsgegevens?  
Wij mogen uw persoonsgegevens alleen verwerken indien wij daarvoor een wettelijke grondslag hebben. 
Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens op basis van de volgende wettelijke grondslagen: 
❖    Uitvoering overeenkomst: indien u in dienst bent bij of klant/opdrachtnemer bent van GraphicALL systems verwerken wij uw persoonsgegevens om de afspraken met u uit te voeren.  
❖    Op basis van uw toestemming: in een aantal gevallen vragen wij eerst uw toestemming voordat wij de persoonsgegevens verwerken. Indien u toestemming geeft betekent dit dat u ermee akkoord bent dat wij uw persoonsgegevens verwerken. Wij wijzen u er hierbij op dat u uw toestemming weer mag intrekken.  
❖    Op basis van een gerechtvaardigd belang: in sommige gevallen zijn wij van mening dat wij een gerechtvaardigd belang hebben om uw persoonsgegevens te gebruiken. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn marketingdoeleinden en het onderzoeken en verbeteren van de website.  
 
Wanneer verstrekken wij uw persoonsgegevens aan derden?  
Uw persoonsgegevens worden doorgegeven aan derden als dit nodig is om uw vraag te kunnen beantwoorden, als wij daartoe een wettelijke verplichting hebben of in gevallen waarbij wij bij de uitvoering van onze dienstverlening gebruik maken van een externe dienstverlener. Zo gebruiken wij bijvoorbeeld een aantal IT-leveranciers ten behoeve van onze dienstverlening. Wanneer wij gebruik maken van de diensten van derden, worden er met deze partijen afspraken gemaakt over een juiste verwerking van de (persoons)gegevens. Op deze manier is gewaarborgd dat uw (persoons)gegevens ook door deze derden vertrouwelijk worden behandeld en uitsluitend in het kader van het door ons bepaalde doel.  
 
Welke rechten hebt u met betrekking tot uw persoonsgegevens?  
Op grond van de AVG hebt u een aantal rechten met betrekking tot uw persoonsgegevens. U hebt recht op inzage in uw persoonsgegevens, rectificatie, het wissen van uw persoonsgegevens, beperking van het gebruik van uw persoonsgegevens, overdraagbaarheid van uw persoonsgegevens en u kunt in sommige gevallen bezwaar maken tegen het gebruik van uw persoonsgegevens. Tevens kunt u de eerder aan ons verleende toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking te allen tijde intrekken.  
 
Indien u een van de hierboven genoemde rechten wenst uit te oefenen, kunt u hiertoe een verzoek sturen naar info@graphicall.com. Verzoeken worden binnen een termijn van vier weken in behandeling genomen. GraphicALL systems wijst u erop dat niet aan ieder verzoek voldaan kan worden. Indien GraphicALL systems wettelijk verplicht is informatie te bewaren zal GraphicALL systems dit doen.  
 
Voor welke periode bewaren wij uw persoonsgegevens? 
Alle persoonsgegevens die u aan ons verstrekt worden niet langer bewaard dan noodzakelijk is voor het doel waarvoor zij zijn verzameld en niet langer dan wettelijk is toegestaan. In ieder geval bewaren wij de door u verstrekte persoonsgegevens voor de termijn die nodig is om de door u gestelde vraag of sollicitatie in behandeling te nemen. 
 
Hebt u een vraag of een klacht?

Tevens hebt u het recht om een privacyklacht in te dienen bij De Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP). De AP is de onafhankelijke Nederlandse toezichthouders op de naleving van de Europese en nationale regels voor de bescherming van persoonsgegevens (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).  
 
Wijzigingen  
GraphicALL systems behoudt zich het recht voor de privacyverklaring aan te passen. Op de website van GraphicALL systems en de websites van de dochtermaatschappijen van GraphicALL systems vindt u altijd de laatste versie. De laatste versie is van 01-02-2022

Your personal data will be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to answer your question, if we are legally obliged to do so or in cases where we use an external service provider in the performance of our services. GraphicALL systems points out that not every request can be fulfilled. If GraphicALL systems is legally obliged to keep information, GraphicALL systems will do so.

Any personal data you provide to us will not be kept longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and no longer than permitted by law. In any case, we will keep the personal data you provide for the period necessary to process the question or application you have submitted.
